一家时装零售商拥有的前唐人街餐厅在短短五年内将其售价翻了一倍多。
作为GT网络游戏俱乐部的交易白毛鸡 ,位于11 Heffernan Lane巴比伦饭店 , Melbourne的物业以$630万澳元的价格拍卖,总共有来自7家竞拍者的56份投标朔风飞扬 。

A FORMER Chinatown restaurant owned by a group of fashion retailers has more than doubled its sale price in just five years. Now trading as the GT Internet Game Club, 11 Heffernan Lane sold for $6.3 million at auction, with a total of 56 bids from seven bidders for the four-storey building.

A local private investor snapped up the fully tenanted building丧尸侠 , between Little Bourke and Lonsdale streets, in a sale $1 million above reserve. The price was well beyond what vendor Little Laneway Property Group paid for the building in 2013. Led by shoe aficionado Peter Wittner and My Size fashion retailer Andrew Nissen, the group purchased the then vacant property for $2.65 million after it passed in at auction. CBRE Melbourne City Sales’s Max Ruttner, who marketed the property with Morley Commercial, said the buyer liked the security of the building’s position and its income. “It’s a really strong result and a good sign of the CBD market给个黄网 ,” he said. Mr Ruttner’s colleague Jing Jun Heng said continued interest from the international market for CBD freehold buildings had played a significant role as well. “Four of the bidders were of Asian background, which drove competition and value under competitive auction conditions,” he said.
